French Onion Pork Chops

Get ready to enjoy some decadent chops when you make this super easy Crock Pot French Onion Pork Chops recipe!
  • 1.5 pounds Boneless Center Cut Pork Loin Chops thawed {approx. 4 chops}
  • 10.5 ounces Chicken Broth {1 can}
  • 10.5 ounces Campbell’s French Onion Soup {1 can}
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  1. Pour can of Chicken Broth into bottom of Crock Pot
  2. Place Pork Chops in Crock Pot, and cook on LOW for 3 1/2 hours, covered.
  3. After 3 1/2 hours on LOW, drain and discard juices from Crock Pot.
  4. Mix together French Onion Soup and Sour Cream in small bowl, and stir well.
  5. Pour mixture of Pork Chops, and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes, or until done. Enjoy!!
