  • 6 Cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 2 Cups Half and Half
  • 12 Oz Package Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Paprika

  1. Go ahead and make the pasta according to the directions on the package.
  2. Have the chopped ingredients ready to go.
  3. Add the olive oil to a pan on medium-high heat.  Add the garlic and sun-dried tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Next, add the half and half and salt. Bring this to a boil then lower the heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
  5. Add half of the basil. I like to add half to the sauce and save the rest to put on top.
  6. Add red pepper flakes and finally the spinach.
  7. Once the spinach has wilted, go ahead and add the cooked, drained pasta and mix it up well.
  8. Serve right away.
  9. Enjoy!
