Delicious Pork Chops with Mushroom Gravy - Best Recipe


INGREDIENTS : 

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 10 ounce cans Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 2 6 ounce cans mushroom pieces drained
  • 6 oz evaporated milk

INSTRUCTIONS : 

  1. Dip pork chops in beaten eggs.
  2. Combine flour, salt, cayenne pepper and garlic powder on a plate.
  3. Dip pork chops in egg and then flour mixture.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops on each side, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Place pork chops in a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  6. Slice onions and layer on top of pork chops. Layer mushroom pieces on top of the pork chops and onions.
  7. In a medium sized mixing bowl, mix together cream of mushroom soup and evaporated milk.
  8. Once combined, pour cream of mushroom mixture over the top of pork chops.
  9. Bake at 350°F for 40-50 minutes.
