Give this Easy Greek Egg Bake Recipe a Try the Week


  • 12 ea eggs
  • 1 cup kale chopped
  • 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup feta
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Whisk together eggs
  3. Add in kale, tomaotes, feta and spice
  4. Line a baking pan with foil (makes it easier to remove from the pan)
  5. Spray with non stick spray
  6. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes
  7. Slice and serve...or portion out for the week. Will keep in the fridge for 4-5 days
